VALLEY POPS: For its final concert of the season, the Valley Symphony Orchestra offers a pops program of lively numbers by Richard Rodgers, George Gershwin and Samuel Barber, plus a piece by one of its own.

Saturday at the Los Angeles Valley College Mainstage Theatre, the orchestra, conducted by Dr. Robert Chauls, performs the award-winning ``Symphony of the Sacred Forest'' by Gary ``Dov'' Gertzweig, who has played with the local symphony for the past five years while recording albums of original solo violin compositions.

It was debuted in a condensed form by the Valley Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of Dr. Robert Chauls and Los Angeles Valley College Auditorium. Mr. Gertzweig performed Electric violin solo with the orchestr
